Project Of Road Map
The development road map of our project includes several phases.
PHASE 0. DEVELOPMENT OF A PRODUCT PROTOTYPE AND HOSTING OF A CROWDSALE
Reference point: November 2016 – February 2018
In November 2016, at our own expense, we began work on the project. By now we have developed a minimally viable version of our trading terminal, which will be the main interface of our exchange system. In the current version, the interface allows for the user to display current quotes of key currency pairs, conclude deals, view news feeds from various sources, and apply technical analysis tools. In the future, we will develop a trading terminal as a platform for social trading and investing; we estimate it to be 60% complete.
Aside from our work on the trading terminal, we have also developed the core architecture of the exchange system with the integrated ability to execute requests in the CEX and DEX. We’ve also begun work on individual system modules. We estimate the completeness of the exchange system to be at 30%.
In November 2017, a closed pre-ICO was successfully held, during which 17 investors believed in the project, and their investments amounted to 1 million USD. Before the end of February 2018, the innovative system for holding transactions (matching) will be presented for loading testing.
PHASE 1. TESTING AND LAUNCH OF ORGANIZED TRADES ON THE CEX.

In the second half of the year, the operating office in the EU will be fully operational and we will receive licensing for the payment system to carry out activities in the EU.
As part of the work on the technology of the DEX, we are planning to obtain the first results of the new protocols (EOS, Tezos, 0x) and on their basis or on the basis of our own developments, to create a description of the decentralized protocol of the exchange and to develop a module for integration of the DEX with the CEX; we will also start the development of prototype nodes and the trading platform of the decentralized network.
The social trading platform will be put into commercial operation with the following functionality: a full set of tools for the trader, the addition of chat functionality, the ability to share charts, reporting and trade forecasts (JSON), the addition of the first news agent eSignal (Reuters), and the development of a commercial prototype interface for iOS and Android. For social communication, the Qurrex Community (forum, wiki resource) will be founded.
By the end of the second half of the year, we intend to provide customers with access to the test site and to publish technical documentation on the high- speed protocol. After connecting clients, we will hold public load testing. After finishing all the testing, we aim to launch organized exchange trading on the CEX with the main cryptocurrencies, and also to add the ability to perform position transfer transactions (Swap, REPO), which will allow access to margin trading and the implementation of unblocked sales (Sell Short).
Clients will gain access to classic stock market services, such as co-llocation and connection to a high-performance protocol. Institutional investors will be able to connect as trading participants and provide access to their customers.
PHASE 2. EXPANSION OF THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE EXCHANGE CORE AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLATFORM FOR SOCIAL TRADING AND LAUNCH OF A DECENTRALIZED NETWORK.
Reference point: 2nd half of 2019.
By the beginning of the second half of the year, we will carry out stress testing of the decentralized trading platform as well as integration tests of this network with a centralized trading system. The results obtained from this testing will form the basis for launching the commercial operation of the hybrid exchange system.
After the launch of commercial operation, each customer (regardless of their type of connection through the central node or through a decentralized network) connected to the hybrid exchange platform will be able to access aggregated liquidity from all nodes of the network including liquidity provided by the centralized exchange. The broker’s dashboard, statistical services, and analytical instruments will be fully launched.
Traders will have the opportunity to write trading scripts in the web terminal, use the extended list of indicators, add services for auto-tracking trading strategies and PAMM management, and receive release of full versions of the mobile applications.
In trading instruments, the technology of smart contracts will actively be employed, allowing cryptocurrency to be gathered on specialized accounts for the subsequent managing both algorithmic strategies and managers.
The geographic coverage of the Qurrex network will be significantly expanded by opening offices and points of network presence in additional jurisdictions.
